Chief executive launches probe after elections mistake

A council chief executive has launched an investigation after a ‘significant error’ meant his authority will have to run two parish elections again.

Northampton BC boss David Kennedy will look into how changes from a ward boundary review in 2013 were ‘mistakenly’ not applied in the 2015 parish elections.
