Tameside MBC chief executive Steven Pleasant has stepped down with immediate effect, just weeks after apologising for a tweet.
In March Mr Pleasant used Twitter to respond to comments made by a Conservative voter on TV who told minister Damian Hinds his Government was a ‘disappointment’.
