After many months of working from home the nation is finally getting to grips with the idea of returning to ‘normal’. However, it is clear that it will be a new sort of ‘normal’.
The enforced hibernation of the past 18 months has allowed many people to re-evaluate their lives and, in many cases, re-prioritise what is important to them. For many people being in the office five days a week from 9:00 to 5:30 ranks low on that list.
