Council chiefs in dark over 5G future, survey finds

Almost half of council chief officers are still unsure whether superfast 5G broadband will arrive in their area according to a survey by The MJ and BT.

Although the first 5G service has launched in six cities with a further ten to be rolled out, 40% of the survey said they had no idea if it would be in their area while 38% thought it might be within the next two years.
