Council postpones college funding decision

The Isle of Wight Council has postponed a decision on whether to commit millions of pounds to fund repairs at Cowes Enterprise College.

Executive members met on 6 May to discuss a report carried out by the council’s property services division into the state of the college’s buildings, which was ordered after the main contractor, Pihl UK, went into administration.
