Councillors have not been engaged in STP development

Less than 25% of councillors in England feel that they have been engaged in shaping the NHS’ sustainability and transformation partnerships (STPs), according to a new survey conducted by the Local Government Association (LGA).

Less than 25% of councillors in England feel that they have been engaged in shaping the NHS' sustainability and transformation partnerships (STPs), according to a new survey conducted by the Local Government Association (LGA).

Only 21% of the respondents said that they had been involved in the NHS's plans to redesign local health and care services and less than 25% felt that the STPs would bring any benefit to their communities.
