Croydon told to act on interims

Croydon LBC has been told to move quickly to put a ‘substantive management team in place’ due to its high number of senior interims.

A letter from Croydon’s improvement and assurance panel highlighted that interim post-holders occupied all of the council’s statutory and many of its senior operational roles.
