EXCLUSIVE: Employers in pay rise redundancy warning

A pay rise of more than 2% ‘would be likely to result in redundancies,’ employers have warned.

In July, trade unions Unison, GMB and Unite demanded a 10% pay rise, a one-day increase in annual leave, a two-hour reduction in the working week, and a review of workplace stress and mental health.
