Evaluating rate revaluations

With the big story from this week’s Budget revolving around tax increases for the self-employed - something that has since been scrapped - cities were less at the forefront than they have been in some previous statements.

There were, however, announcements which will impact on cities across the country. The chancellor committed to boosting productivity, improving skills and infrastructure to spur economic growth and mentioned the importance of inclusive growth in different parts of the country.
