New senior council hires expect to work in the office for just two days a week, a senior recruitment consultant has suggested.
Speaking at The MJ’s Future Forum North, partner at Gatenby Sanderson, Craig Clarke, said people wanted to move away from the ‘daily grind of a commute’ and predicted that the change to flexible working would be permanent.
