Future Forum North: Health and care devo has been 'a good thing' for Greater Manchester

The Greater Manchester health partnership gave Tameside  the' air cover' to save £88m while reducing demand and 'creating a virtuous investment model', the Future Forum North has heard.

Health and care devolution has been a ‘good thing and a journey of building new institutions and new relationships’  in Greater Manchester, said lead  chief executive for  health for  the 10 local authorities in Greater Manchester Steven Pleasant.
