Raising public awareness of the importance of social care is a crucial next step to delivering longer-term reform and redefinition of the system, say sector experts.
Speaking at The MJ Future Forum today on the future for social care, deputy chief executive of NHS Providers Saffron Cordery said it was ‘absolutely critical’ to begin to think about how to raise the public’s consciousness about the importance of social care.
