Coventry City Council’s chief executive Martin Reeves has launched a stinging attack on the rhetoric surrounding the levelling up agenda.
Speaking at The MJ’s Future Forum event today, Mr Reeves criticised slogans such as ‘build back better’ and ‘nobody left behind’.
