Health Bill could lead to more centralisation, claims commission

The Health and Care Bill could lead to a more centralised system, a cross-party commission has claimed.

Legislation, which had its second reading in Parliament yesterday, had the potential to transform the way the health system works and cut health inequalities, the Health Devolution Commission said.
