A recent staff survey showed 84% of Breckland DC’s staff ‘feel valued’ and nine out of 10 officers ‘feel part of the organisation’.
These were the best scores we have ever received, so naturally I was delighted. Not only because it means our staff are in a good place, but because it is a strong indication that our hard work to engage with colleagues, support them, and build a brand new culture at the council is now paying off.
