Jenrick backs legal challenge over virtual meetings

Communities secretary Robert Jenrick has backed a legal challenge to allow councils to carry on with virtual meetings.

His support comes despite the Government’s insistence that it will not extend the rules that allow councils to meet online past the 6 May when the current emergency measures expire.
