LGA chairman self-isolating due to coronavirus

The chairman of the Local Government Association, Cllr James Jamieson, is self-isolating after being exposed to coronavirus.

Cllr Jamieson, who is also the leader of Central Bedfordshire Council, met with local MP Nadine Dorries last Friday. The junior health minister announced on Tuesday that she has been diagnosed with the virus.
