LGA pauses tourism levy calls

The Local Government Association (LGA) has agreed to pause its work gathering an evidence base for the introduction of a tourism levy.

Last week members of the LGA’s culture tourism and sport board reaffirmed their commitment to further exploring how a levy could help local areas.
