Levelling up is 'the new NHS'

Levelling up is ‘the new NHS’ when it comes to issues politicians need to address if they are going to win an election, Justine Greening has claimed.

The former education secretary suggested the current debate over tax cuts, which is being played out between party leadership hopefuls, was ‘retro’ and instead said they should focus on levelling up and social mobility.
