Management review for Stratford

Stratford-on-Avon DC will carry out a review of its management structure after its head of paid service walked out the door after just seven months.

Isabel Edgar Briancon complained about her council’s allegedly sexist culture in a now-deleted Facebook post as she left.

A report to a meeting of the council’s employment and appointments committee yesterday said given the vacancy it was now ‘timely to carry out a review to ensure that the existing structure if fit for purpose’.
