Manzie confirmed as Birmingham interim chief

Former Coventry City Council chief executive and local government veteran Stella Manzie has been confirmed as the interim chief executive of Birmingham City Council.

Former Coventry City Council chief executive and local government veteran Stella Manzie has been confirmed as the interim chief executive of Birmingham City Council. 

She replaces Mark Rogers who announced plans to retire last month, with  after his departure was leaked to local political website, the Chamberlain Files.
