More cash needed, says Winterbourne View report

An independent report has called for more money to be allocated to care partnerships in order to help people with learning disabilities stay out of hospital.

In his final report into the Winterbourne View scandal, Sir Stephen Bubb called on the Government to appoint a learning disabilities commissioner to ensure the rights of people are protected.
