A judge is set to decide whether three councils acted lawfully when they rejected a hospital trust's request for money from housing developers.

Worcester Acute Hospitals NHS Trust asked Worcester City Council, Wychavon DC and Malvern Hills DC to request £1.84m from Welbeck Land after the company applied to build 2,200 homes south of Worcester.
