Peers find 'strong and effective leadership' at council

Telford & Wrekin Council has ‘strong and effective’ political and managerial leadership, Local Government Association peers have found.

A remote corporate health check – introduced after the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic - said both chief executive David Sidaway and leader Cllr Shaun Davies were ‘held in very high regard both within and beyond the organisation’.
