The Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) has hit out at the ‘insulting and unsubstantiated comments’ of Care Forum Wales following the announcement of extra funding for the country’s councils.
Last week the Welsh Government announced a £48m package of funding to support the country’s social care system.
