Scottish councils have reacted angrily after First Minister Nicola Sturgeon refused to meet them over the recent funding settlement.
Last month council leaders demanded a meeting with Ms Sturgeon over the £12.5bn settlement for 2022-23, which had been described as ‘unacceptable’ at a meeting of the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA).
