The Section 151 officer of troubled Thanet DC has warned he may be forced to issue a Section 114 notice.
The council last week decided to raid its ‘relatively low’ reserves - £2m unallocated and £12.5m earmarked at the end of 2019/20 - to fund a budget gap of approximately £3m.
