A couple of weeks ago the DCN hosted a conference for portfolio holders on ‘Shaping the Districts’ Role in Improving People’s Health’.
We had almost 100 attendees from districts and other partner organisations who shared examples of the outcomes being achieved in localities and how the district role fits into the overarching health and social care integration agenda.
