Catering for the next generation of public services requires a digital evolution, and the UK has the potential to implement a digital infrastructure that provides the foundation to support tomorrow’s services. This will increase engagement, value and growth for local communities and support local businesses, but creating this requires a step change in both culture and technology, as well as an evolution of the high street.
