Stronger, greener and fairer

Over the last year, few areas of the UK have experienced the level of attention Liverpool City Region has. Amid changing tiers of restrictions, see-sawing rates of COVID, and our piloting and roll-out of SMART testing, the City Region has often been front and centre of the response to the pandemic.

The last 12 months have seen us work closely with our six local authorities and key institutions, businesses of all sizes, our social economy, and trade unions to protect our economic foundations as best we can.
