The Government is ‘carefully considering' how it implements the recommendations in a series of key reviews into children's social care, the newly-appointed secretary of state for education has said.

Speaking at the National Children and Adult Services Conference in Manchester by video this week, Gillian Keegan thanked delegates for contributing to the independent review of children's social care, published in May.
