Unlocking public services’ potential

Fixing our legacy institutions cannot work as they are built on assumptions from another age. The market won’t invest in the change that is needed in our public services. It is time for public service entrepreneurs to build new institutions that meet the needs of 21st century challenges.

The world is changing fast. And, whether driven by the internet age, the pandemic, or both, our organisations are changing fast with it. At least, that is the case for many organisations we rely on day-to-day, from travel experiences, to food delivery and how we make and consume media.
