Westminster’s filling in nicely

It’s no secret that London desperately needs more genuinely affordable housing. Westminster alone has more than 4,000 families on the social housing waiting list, while the list for intermediate housing is steadily growing. To address this, we’ve committed to delivering 1,850 affordable homes throughout the city by 2023 – an ambitious task, made more challenging by the lack of developable land and the high cost of building right in the heart of London.

By working with ward councillors and local communities across the city, we’re delivering affordable housing in unexpected places.
