The RSA is really nailing the zeitgeist – or maybe it is the other way round – as the Inclusive Growth Commission looks set to form the next round of thinking on economic growth.

Jim O’Neill’s City Growth Commission, which launched out of the RSA in 2014, was one of the seminal moments in devolution. It, alongside the London Finance Commission, changed the shape of the debate.
