Working as leaders to overcome electric vehicle charging challenges

We must make the case for the need for convenient access to electric charging points as part of a wider strategy to increase electric vehicle (EV) take up nationally, says Amy Harhoff.

Moving almost silently around our streets, we're all beginning to see – and, if you listen carefully, hear - more electric vehicles on our roads.

But looking under the bonnet of electric vehicle (EV) charging strategy, there is general recognition that there is still a journey ahead  if we are to maximise the technology's potential in going further and faster to help reduce emissions and achieve the country's net zero ambitions while ensuring inequalities are not exacerbated.
