Taunton Deane BC and West Somerset Council have made an ‘11th hour' offer to a third local authority to join their partnership.

The joint chief executive of the two councils, Penny James, has written to Sedgemoor DC, claiming there is still time for the local authority to get involved with their plans to share resources.
