Bristol seeks help over ‘worrying’ schools deficit

Bristol City Council has approached the Government for support with a deficit in its schools budget.

A meeting of the Bristol Schools Forum heard the budget was facing pressures of £24m by the end of the financial year, with a risk the situation could worsen.
