Brum moves ahead with restructure

Birmingham City Council has made two more appointments as part of a wider restructure.

Acting director of neighbourhoods, Rob James, has been appointed to the new role of managing director for city operations while acting assistant director of housing, Julie Griffin, has been named as managing director of city housing.
