Business rates 'tweaks' not enough - CBI

Industry leaders have called on politicians to look at overhauling the system of business rates.

In a speech to industry figures in London yesterday, president of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), John Allan, advocated a ‘comprehensive and independent review’ of the system.
