Call for investigation into ‘unlawful’ development approval

Local government secretary Robert Jenrick is facing demands for an investigation after his decision to grant planning permission to a major housing development was declared unlawful.

Mr Jenrick approved plans to build 1,524 homes on the former Westferry Printworks on the Isle of Dogs in January, having called in the decision.
