Casey calls for stronger rough sleeping prevention

Tackling rough sleeping has been ‘dumped on’ local authorities, according to the woman behind the lifesaving Everyone In scheme.

Louise Casey, who led the drive to find accommodation for all rough sleepers during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, said it had ‘showed the country at its best’.
