Combined authorities advised to ‘revisit’ devo deals

Combined authorities may need to ‘revisit’ devolution deals to help regions recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a report on lessons learnt in the pandemic, the Centre for Governance and Scrutiny (CfGS) concluded combined authorities need edto take longer-term risks into account as the country emerges from the crisis.
