Complaints procedures 'marginalised' by councils

Local government ombudsman Michael King has raised concerns about how councils handle complaints.

Mr King told the Levelling Up, Housing and Communities Committee that ‘in some authorities the status and importance of listening to concerns has become marginalised’.
