Councils asked for verdict on Persimmon overhaul

Councils are among the 100,000 organisations approached to take part in an independent review into housebuilder Persimmon.

The review was ordered by chairman Roger Devlin, who took over in June last year, following efforts to bring about ‘rapid change’ in response to ‘reputational issues’.
