‘Strategic weaknesses’ are preventing Kensington and Chelsea LBC from becoming a ‘high performing’ council, according to a panel.
The Independent Grenfell Recovery Taskforce, created by the Government to oversee the council’s response to the fatal tower fire, said there were ‘too many gaps’ in the improvements being made.
