Districts in plea for leisure centre funding

A crunch meeting on the future of leisure centres is to take place this week, The MJ understands.

Representatives from the District Councils’ Network (DCN) are to meet with top mandarins at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) later today to make the case for further support for leisure centres.
