Is levelling up dead? As the Conservative Party leadership hopefuls battle their way towards No10, it was inevitable that Boris Johnson’s flagship policy would be called into question.
But despite the outgoing Prime Minister citing it in almost every speech and creating a Government department and secretary of state for levelling up – or at least rebranding an existing one – is the policy set to stick?
