Fears over impact of Government's immigration plans on care sector

Fears have emerged that the Government plans to reduce immigration will make caring for the vulnerable ‘harder’ with older and disabled people paying a ‘heavy price’.

Home secretary James Cleverly yesterday outlined plans to slash net immigration figures with a string of measures including proposals to remove the ability of arriving care workers from bringing dependents.
