Fears have emerged that the Government plans to reduce immigration will make caring for the vulnerable ‘harder' with older and disabled people paying a ‘heavy price'.

Home secretary James Cleverly yesterday outlined plans to slash net immigration figures with a string of measures including proposals to remove the ability of arriving care workers from bringing dependents.
