Film and TV sector offers opportunities for growth beyond Hertfordshire

By Mark Bretton | 12 October 2021

Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership’s (LEP) annual conferences are becoming the ‘go to’ events for in depth sessions on the county’s key industry sectors.  In 2019 it was Life Sciences hosted by GSK, this year on 22 October we will shine the spotlight firmly on the county’s film and TV sector which is fast becoming the new ‘Hollywood’.

Here at the LEP, we are proud to be leading the national debate on the future of yet another Hertfordshire located, globally significant sector which is super-charging the UK’s bounce-back. Much collaborative effort between the LEP and our film/TV partners is already underway at a local level and as part of that joined-up thinking, I am delighted to announce our in-panel sessions will be broadcast live from the hi-tech Screening Room at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden.
